2004
This was our first year!
Michael and Rob , along with Renato’s mentorship made 200 litres of Cabernet Savignon.
The grapes were delivered from Swan Hill.
The result was a fruity wine, full of body.
To this date we are drink the odd bottle of the 2004 Cab Sav.
Rob has described it as “fruity velvet”.
We have only a few dozen bottles left.
