Adrian F joined us for a small piece of the action this year.

We made 200 litres of cab sav, 200 litres of shiraz, and 200 litres of merlot.

We’re still lucky enough to have a few bottles of this left and it is keeping beautifully.

This year was the year we did screw up, well at least partly.

Just don’t mention the words “PH-level” or “tartaric acid” around the 4Bs.

We recovered the cab sav and shiraz’s PH level, but the taste, … well ….

The gem to come out of this year was the merlot. Only if we made more of it!
