Yesterday Michael and I went for a trip up to Penola SA in the Coonawarra region. We visited John at the Ladbroke Grove winery http://www.ladbrokegrove.com.au.
Came home with 500kg of cab sav grapes. Hoping to get 360 litres of fine wine out of them.
Great day.

Crushed the Coonawarra grapes today.
Fermentation kicked off too.
The juice is an interesting color – muddy brown with a tinge of red. Early days yet.
