So last weekend (19/3) we drove to Coonawarra , picked the grapes and drove another 6hrs back to Melbourne
Tonight we crushed the grapes and it’s the start of the 2016 vintage

  well, the 2016 wine has turned out to be amazing. Great body, complexity, bouquet, and it even tastes good.Problem is we cant now stop raving about the grapes…. its now going to be a ritual, drive to Coonawarra, pick, drink, pick , drink,drink, drink , pick, eat, sleep, pick, drink, eat…you get the picture. This is a great hobby and the best way to spend time with friends 🙂
